Digital migration. Remote working, shopping and socialising. Bitcoin goes through the roof [1]. Amazon buys its first planes [2]. Central bank digital currencies are hot discussion topics and they have even been launched in some countries [3]. While consumers become more reluctant to use cash, they become more open to alternatives. Regulatory texts need, if not to anticipate, then at least to follow such trends. Legislators are inspired by the technologies available and are innovating significantly in financial services.

Migration digitale.
