Land Use Permits
In 2013, the regular scheme of town planning authorisations seems to break off momentarily. However, the past year is rich with regards the contributions of the administrative Judge. Apart from case law performances, the latter makes constructive contributions testifying to the change in operational texts and the complexity of situations met by practitioners. The administrative Judge thus ruled in particular on a petitioner’s quality and clarified the outlines of the notion of building. Although important, these case law contributions remain summary as they highlight doctrine, which gives an insight into the continuation of normal production.
