Stéphane Taillat is a senior lecturer in contemporary history at the Institut français de géopolitique, Université Paris 8, and is seconded to the Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Military Academy. He is a researcher at the Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan Research Center (CReC) and the Geopolitics of the Datasphere Center (GEODE).
