Professor of political science at the Catholic University of Lille and associate director for academic affairs at the European School of Political and Social Sciences. His work focuses on political systems—particularly democratic ones—with the aim of improving their quality. He recently co-edited the book *Direct Democracies* (Éditions Bruylant, 2022).
