Guillaume Chapelle is a university professor at CY-Cergy-Paris Université and a research associate at LIEPP. He holds a PhD in economics from Sciences Po, and was a researcher at the Barcelona Institute of Economics (IEB) before joining CY-Cergy-Paris Université. His research focuses on public economics and urban economics.
