About
Economist, is Chairman of the French Competition Authority and Chairman of the OECD Competition Committee. In 2020, he was awarded the distinction of Officier de l'ordre national du Mérite. Previously, he was a director of INSEE and a member of the ECB Executive Board (2012-2019). His work focuses on European economic policy and the international monetary system.
