About
He is a full professor in the Department of Political Science at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where he has held the Canada Research Chair in Quebec and Canadian Studies since 2003. He is also the founding director of the Research Group on Multinational Corporations (GRSP), whose activities he has coordinated since 1993.
