Since 2012, the electoral results of the French National Front have shown an ascending electoral momentum, but can it win? The paper studies the electoral rise of the party through the determinants of its victories within the electoral system of the Fifth Republic, and questions the future of the existing party system in view of the growing influence of the nf.
