Thaïs Gendry is a researcher at the Centre de recherches sur les mondes américains de l'EHESS (CIRESC - CERMA). She is the author of a doctoral thesis in History and Civilization, co-supervised by the CNRS and the University of Geneva, entitled "Le droit de tuer.
