the government on March 19, 2020 following the appearance on March
18, 2020 in Congo of the third case of contamination of covid-19.
Unfortunately, private higher education institutions (EPRES) have
not benefited from the slightest support measure from the State. A
survey conducted among the 38 EPRES on the basis of a questionnaire
has highlighted by means of the statistical method of principal

the economic impact are the costs of barrier gestures and then the
fixed costs. The main factorial design made it possible to build
typologies of the EPRES describing their positioning in relation to
the economic impact they have suffered.

year worldwide and 1,540 deaths in Cameroon. It is a public health
problem, but only one in ten women is screened for cervical cancer
screening in Cameroon. Little data is available on the KAPs of
health professionals in the Mifi Health District, in the west
Region of Cameroon. The objective of this study was to assess the
knowledge, attitudes and practices of these professionals vis-à-vis
cervical cancerResults: Overall, 200 health professionals were
interviewed. Regarding the knowledge of the cause of cervical
cancer, only 35% of participants were able to declare HPV. With
regards to prevention measures, 32% of health professionals knew
HPV vaccine. Regarding the perception of the disease; 79.3% of
Physicians evoked cervical cancer as severe disease. Concerning the
practice of screening, only 15% of health professionals routinely

This paper analyzes multidimensional poverty and inequalities in
household living conditions in Congo, applying the approach of
Alkire et al. (2018) and using the tools of inequality
analysis, based on data from the Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys
(MICS, 2015). Three dimensions are considered: health, education,
and household living standards. It emerges that 11% of households
are in a situation of multidimensional poverty. Women (11.7%) are
more affected than men (10.5%). Inequality in the distribution of
non-monetary wealth at the national level is estimated at 38.3%.
The Shapley decomposition shows that rural areas (26.3%) contribute
more to inequality than urban areas (7.6%). The results of this
study also show that household size, gender of household head, age,
level of education, place of residence, and wealth quintile are
important determinants of multidimensional poverty in Congo. Social
policies of poverty reduction and economic diversification oriented
toward rural areas are necessary to reduce the scourge of
multidimensional poverty.

the subject of renewed interest. Scientific, political, and media
discourse focusing on the value of entrepreneurship, and active
mechanisms to promote the latter have been spreading against the
backdrop of various promises (fighting against poverty and global
warming, driving the transition to digital technology, empowering

has the quasi-heroic figure of the entrepreneur returned? This
article aims to shed light on the way in which the

how it has materialized in contemporary academic debates on
