year worldwide and 1,540 deaths in Cameroon. It is a public health
problem, but only one in ten women is screened for cervical cancer
screening in Cameroon. Little data is available on the KAPs of
health professionals in the Mifi Health District, in the west
Region of Cameroon. The objective of this study was to assess the
knowledge, attitudes and practices of these professionals vis-à-vis
cervical cancerResults: Overall, 200 health professionals were
interviewed. Regarding the knowledge of the cause of cervical
cancer, only 35% of participants were able to declare HPV. With
regards to prevention measures, 32% of health professionals knew
HPV vaccine. Regarding the perception of the disease; 79.3% of
Physicians evoked cervical cancer as severe disease. Concerning the
practice of screening, only 15% of health professionals routinely
advise screening. Conclusion: Health workers in the health district
of Mifi have poor knowledge on cervical cancer and weak practice of
screening. Training of health professionals and the development of
cervical cancer screening units are needed.

The failure of companies is undoubtedly one of the most important
problems in the field of business management. In fact, SMEs play a
key role in economic flexibility in many countries, particularly in
developing countries. In Cameroon, for example, SMEs account for
between 90% and 95% of the Cameroonian business population and
employ about 50% of the assets. But despite their importance, most
of them face bankruptcy problems, and there is a lack of empirical
studies on the failure of these firms in the Cameroonian context,
as in many developing countries. The aim of this study, which is to
analyze and explain the factors that influence SME failure, is to
reduce this deficiency. The empirical results show that the failure
of SMEs can be explained by a multitude of factors, the main causes
of which are : lack of liquidity, low debt capacity, business
environment, incompetence and reflection Managers and the inability
of these SMEs to effectively respond to change.

the actuality since January 2020. It is a race against time
between the large vaccination campaign and the different mutations
of the virus whose every variation is more contagious than the
previous one. The virus appeared in China and paradoxically became
a great opportunity for Xi Jinping who undeniably took
advantage of the pandemic to prove to the rest of the world the
superiority of the Chinese political system considering the
management of a pandemic. Unexpectedly, the same happened in
the European Union (EU), for even though its main concerns were the
difficulties caused by the Brexit, was reinforced by the pandemic.
The Covid-19 erased the interdiction that happened during the
financial crisis of 2008. The budgetary rules – the famous criteria
signed in Maastricht that were supposed to last forever – are
suspended and a stimulus package financed by a loan in
name of the EU was accepted by the 27 different states. Considering
the vaccinal strategy, it appeared very efficient. As for France,
